That could happen. We are a small team and can't offer the speed of a big box retailer (we make slow food for a reason). We aim to deliver orders within 3 to 4 days. Furthermore, we can't ship the chocolate if it is warmer than 22 degrees outside, to avoid the bars melting on the way. From an environmental point of view, we don't do refrigerated transport. But we're sure you'd expect that from us. So it may happen that the bars are delivered a little later (but in perfect condition).
