    Tour & Tasting

    Always wanted to see a real chocolate factory inside? With us you can! As the only chocolate factory in the Netherlands you can see the whole process, from bean to bar. During the tour of our factory you will learn everything about the entire chocolate making process. We take you into the world of Chocolatemakers and the bean to bar production line but also tell you where our cacao comes from, what we stand for as a brand and explain how and why we work sustainably. We'll tour the factory together and of course we'll taste extensively! A total Chocolatemakers experience at our factory!

    During the week it is now also possible to visit our factory. The tours are offered in Dutch and English. When booking you can see the dates. After the tour you can buy our chocolate with a discount.

    Good to know

    Food and drink

    Food is NOT allowed to be taken into the factory. You may bring a bottle of water. Of course, we will also provide drinks.

    Accessibility

    You will find the Chocolatemakers factory on the Radar road 32A.

    OV: This is a 15-minute walk from Sloterdijk Station. From the main entrance walk to the right, towards Radarweg and follow it for about 1 kilometer until you see the Seamen's Centre on the left side of the road. Walk there and in front of the Seamen's Centre turn left and then immediately right.
    Bicycle: Super if you come by bike! We have plenty of space on our site.
    Car: If you come by car, there is limited parking on our property.

    Accessibility

    You have to go up (and down) some stairs. So unfortunately it is not possible to visit the factory with a wheelchair.

    Cancellation policy

    Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance are free of charge and we will reschedule your booking.
    Cancellations within 24 hours are not refundable due to the reservation of guides and cannot be rescheduled.
