We used our popular Peruvian Armayari chocolate and added puffed quinoa with a hint of ginger.

Crunchy Mocha Milk - Crunchy Cocoa Nibs & Coffee x 1

We used our popular milk chocolate with cocoa from Peru and added crunchy cocoa nibs and coffee for a deliciously creamy mocha flavour.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, milk powdercocoa butter, coffee (1.7%), cocoa nibs (5.3%), emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin). At least 53% cocoa solids. All ingredients are from organic cultivation. May contain traces of nuts. contain.

Funky Orange Pure - Orange x 1

Dark chocolate with delicious orange. The beans are processed in the Peruvian cacao factory we set up with the farmers.

Ingredients: cocoa mass*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier* (rapeseed lecithin), orange oil* (0.2%). At least 60% cocoa solids. *Organic cultivation. May contain milk and traces of nuts.

Origin Product information

This organic and Fairtrade cocoa is grown by the Awajun along the banks of the Cenepa and Rio Santiago rivers in the Amazon rainforest. They are members of the NorAndino cooperative, an organisation with approximately 5000 members, including 1800 cocoa farmers, spread across northern Peru, both on the coastal side and the Amazon side.

We are also assisting NorAndino with a special project. They process part of the cocoa harvest in their own cocoa factory. The factory in Peru is bigger than the one in Amsterdam, with a modern production line for high-quality organic and Fairtrade cocoa mass. In the future, they will also be able to make their own chocolate.
