We think one should make real chocolate with a lot of love and care: artisanal, 100% organic, fairtrade, zero-waste and sustainable. All our ingredients are of the highest quality. And we prefer to add as little as possible to the cocoa: to give the taste of the bean the center-stage. Cocoa – just like coffee and wine – is a natural product. You can taste the region and the conditions under which cocoa beans grow in the chocolate. It's called terroir. That is why our real chocolate has a broad spectrum of flavors. Subtle hints of raspberry, banana or caramel. What do you taste? As with wine and coffee, the taste tones have to do with the origins and the whole process from picking to roasting.
