Single Origin

In addition to working entirely organically, we also ensure fair payment for our farmers in all our origins. We pay our farmers about 50% more per tonne of cocoa than the fairtrade average. You can taste that. Because our farmers are well paid, they are not forced to rush any part of the process. This means that the beans are allowed to ripen, dry and ferment for exactly as long as they need to. Until they are perfectly ready for their trip to the Netherlands and further processing in our factory in Amsterdam.
